Our 3.0 AE elliptical machine design proves that you can combine simplicity with state-of-the-art. We started with the reliable 2.0 AE elliptical frame, then doubled the resistance levels and program choices, as well as incorporated a wireless heart rate receiver, so you can explore a greater variety of workouts, intensity levels and monitoring options.

The elliptical drive system's 18-lb flywheel and magnetic brake resistance deliver fluid movement, consistent strides, and long-lasting performance.
COMFORT AND CONFIDENCE
The ultra-low, 12-inch step-on height makes entering and exiting the elliptical machine as easy as climbing a set of stairs, while the 1.2-inch pedal spacing mimics your natural walking motion for a more comfortable workout.
PROGRAM CHOICES
Eight exercise programs let you experience a variety of training options. You can also choose how to capture heart rate data – by using the sensors in the crossbars, or, if you have a heart rate chest strap, wirelessly via the built-in Polar® receiver.
